Do you just need the tool to hold the pulley while undoing the bolt ?
Won't the usual trick of cracking the bolt by hitting the starter work ?

just bought s/cheap air tools + compressor, so this should be the solution to my probelm
thanks for your help
Stick a bit of Loctite on the thread before you fit the bolt. It's best to play it safe if you can't torque it properly.

Alan, do you have the correct Vibration Damper/Pulley puller, do not pry on the outside diameter of the pulley, it is rubber mounted. If you have to use the "correct puller" place a nut over the crank bolt hole for the tapered end of the centre puller bolt, othewise you may damage the thread in the crank snout, Regards Frank.
