Howdy, I am getting a catalogue from them, was hoping for new panels.

I know they are common in the UK, I have relatives there (coming over later in the year for my wedding ) so might organise to get some brought over.

Main thing is window surrounds.. old ones are rusted badly!.

    Steve,

If these blokes cant help - you may be able to find some thru

    http://www.fwd-motors.com.au/ .

Not too sure of the price etc. Failing this there are brit parts places in WA, SA and QLD I think. Someone else may be able to confirm this.

You need new door tops! Bare top without glass etc. FWD (Four Wheel Drives, 03 98900509, www.landrovers.com.au) part numbers P53P and P53D, $110 each according to their catalogue No.33. They also list most of the other commonly needed body panels.

Cool, i'll have to get the catalogue and start pricing up the parts
a few other panels are split, might be easy replcing Vs repairing.

Never forget wreckers as a source of parts, even if your visiting mates etc. in other towns. She looks in surprisingly good shape from your website. Best of luck with the pulling apart. It feels very good when you start putting the bits back on.

Remember to shop around for parts, i've found door tops for as little as $80, I just can't remember where

Also, there are a lot of parts on e-bay aus as well. And you can anl;ways order parts from e-bay UK as well.
