Thread: Wiper Motors

I have a few of the cable wiper motors in various states. They all have the same problem. The plastic has disintegrated around the connector and the auto park.

Has anyone found a solution to this problem? I could bypass the autopark but that means the wipers will stop where they want to. I was hoping to come up with a better solution.

Has anyone converted the single speed motor to a two speed one?
