    The frame is built from 50mm x 25mm RHS and welded together.
    Bolt frame directly to vehicle. Roller draw rails are 850mm closed and extend a further 800mm with an extended load limit of 160kg.
    Use a piano hinge for the flip open lid. The deck is covered with checker plate rubber. I used 12mm hardwood ply for the deck.
    The lock sits flush with the draw which I bought with the draw rails from a truck body builders supply shop.

    I tried to save these to the gallery so they would be larger but had trouble uploading.
