    D110 - Replacing all cooling hoses on a TD5

    G'day All,

As I am building up my MY02 D110 for outback touring and just clocked over 80,000kms I am going to replace all my cooling hoses on my TD5 engine. I will be flushing out the cooling system at the same time and the old hoses will be kept as my spares while touring.

Anyone else done this? - any problems?

Also anyone know ALL the part numbers for the hoses? - there seems to be quiet a few separate hoses on my TD5.

    Cheers,

    oh have fun with that.......

Im glad I only have to do it every 100,000km...

Replace the thermostat while your at it. If you ring the guys at M+R automotive with your vehicles details and VIN then say " I want to replace all the cooling system hoses and thermostat" they'll sort you out. They provided all my stuff.

IF you havent already replace the turbo hoses with the silicone ones.

Danger Warning, Crud Thats not right...

and have a lookey there of when I did my cooling system ignore the ranting about all the broken stuff re other parts of the vehicle
