    County spares

I am going to look a County V8 tomorrow which needs same work. One of the cosmetics things is the dash (see attached image) how hard is to find a replacement.
I placed some questions in the County Defender section and I would appreciate any inputs.
    Cheers

hi chucaro as long as your not in a rush then e-bay u.k. is your answer.
i've pretty much got a whole brand new dash as well as plenty of other bits and bob's from there and even with postage, if you play it right you'll still get it for a damn sight less than you would if you were buying in oz.

Looks like a typical binnacle of the era. If lucky, you may find an undamaged one at a wrecker. Took me a long time to locate a good one.

Ok, I just came back after driving 600km return to see the County.
Interior it is ok not big drama and the dash reparable.
Rust is present in all the doors in the bottom frame and plate, in the section that comes out of the chassis to hold the front fenders, in each end in the cross member where the tow tongue is fitted and a little bit in another spots. It is no way that it is going to pass the QLD inspection as it is.
We know that Landys leak oil, but this County is over the top
The owner claims that the breaks and power stirring were overhauled recently.
    Engine appears ok
He asking $ 2500.00 for it. I am not going to take it.
This week is a Range Rover (my second choice, I prefer a Defy) 1988 classic auto for $1750 will see what happens with this one.
    Thanks for the inputs
