what size tyres are you runing? my fender with 33"x12.5 wont lock the wheels in the dry pulls up strong but no way close to locking up useing lucas pads up front and qfm on the rear but with stockys will lock em up with ease could simply be tyre size issue i work at a brake shop but our branch does not do regos so we dont have the tester or i would chuck it on my truck and see how many gs it pulls. you may find also one of the hoses is swelling up under hard brakeing however irecon the test seems a little un fair seing it can still only carry the same gvm as a standard disco

I also did the same test in a mates 04 dsico2 and got just or 1 g i'll be doing the same with a D1 tomorrow and if anyone lives in the east Malvern area in vic i can do the same test with a fender.

    Thanks for al the ideas!
