    I just found a mistake in the RAVE CD

When the fuel gauge sender's resistance falls below approximately 25 ohms (6 liters/1.5 US gallons), the fuel warning light will illuminate to warn the driver.
    So it is saying:
    Full = 19 ohms
    Low = 245 ohms
    Warning light = below 25 ohms.

    I have shorted the sensor wire to earth and the gauge reads over full. So I am guessing that the warning light comes on over 250 ohms. Not below 25 ohms.

    Does this sound right to everyone?

    I guess by that he/they mean that the gauge turns the light on by sensing the high resistance (as above) as opposed to the sender sending another signal saying turn the light on.

    Anyway Landyandy won me over. I'm going to get an Autometer fuel gauge for the LPG and mount it alongside a mechanical oil pressure gauge. I'll make up a custom pod. Either A pillar or one or both sides of the factory binnacle. Probably A pillar as its easier.

    I decided it would be a pain not knowing how much is in the not in use tank without having to change fuels or press a button.

    Looking at the Autometer Z Series through Auto Meter Z Series Gauges from egauges.com . Black background, white lettering, green traditional lighting. Would be perfect except the needle is red not white.

    I haven't done anything yet. I'll change my mind 15 times before then.
