RRC Disco Defer, ball joints all the same?

    Hi All
I have 4 ball joints / rod ends

    The part numbers are:
    RTC5869G RH thread
    RTC5870L LH thread

I have searched the internet and have found these will fit:
    RRC 86-94
    Disco 89-98
    Defer 87-

I would like to know if these are suitable for a 81' RRC?

AFAIR A rangie has 2xRH as it has a little adjuster rod on the RH side with a RH thread at one end and a LH at the other.
So you had better check them before ordering.

Hang on there are only 3.
The steering arm up to 93? has its own joint.
Then across to the LH front wheel=1 RH I think
Then the two on the steering rod behind the axle. Both RH I think.

    Hi,

If it has the stock track rod (at the rear of front diff) then they are all RH thread. Some HD after market track rods are LH thread on one side.

Stock (RH thread) ball joints from Burson's are ??626 R and cost about $29 each.
