You lost me there!!.I just walked in,said I wanted four Bosch injectors for a 300 Tdi,the guy new the number off his head and said we carry 8 in stock.Simple. Pat

G'day Dullbird, you were right, it was chuffing and not choofing, thank goodness.

I hope all goes well with the 90, I will be changing the firewall in the 2a in a month or so, should be easier than the 90, less bits.

Pat, was that through Coventrys or a bosch type agent?
I'm interested because unless I am mistaken, I'm certain I can't get them that cheap, although it HAS been a while since I bought one...

Coventrys sell them but with thier mark-up.There is a bosch Aust outlet in Kal and the bloke in there was straight up and right on it.I was going to re-seal the pump while I was at it but he said he can buy in a pump from the UK for less than a reco exchange here.I rang Perth first as I didn't know about the Kal office and the bloke there was top notch too.It was a supprise as I mostly deal with toyota and the answers are normally ''The what?'',how do you spell that,we have one over east,there's none in the country etc.As I was leaving he said ''you do know we can tweak them''. I had the same experience - simply walked into a Bosch agent in Melb and got 4 200Tdi injectors for $149. (Which is damn damn cheap for 200 injectors.)
