    saw a head on between a Hillman Hunter and a Mazda about 25 years ago..the Mazda got crunched.

    Mate - I dont know whether you want to go to this expense but the best thing I ever did to my 95 3.9 was to stick in a Performance Scorcher Dizzy from Melbourne - they make them using new Ford V8 Dizzy bodies and Australian Bosch HEI module's (elec' ignition). I think from memory it was about $750 delivered to Brizzy. You then have standard Ford rotor button and ford/holden V8 cap and get em anywhere module (including as carried by RACQ).

    Makes em run nice too.
