Sounds like it could be a dry wheel bearing - which needs immediate investigation. Removing the hub cap and drive flange should show if this is the problem.
The other, les serious possibility (perhaps more likely) is a stone or similar lodged in the brake and rubbing on the disc, or the mud shield itself bent or loose and rubbing against the disc. In this case the remedy should be obvious, although you might have to take the wheel off to see it.
Try jacking that wheel and seeing if you can make the noise turning the wheel by hand, and if you can see if you can see where it is coming from.
