    I've got a 20t $220 chinese press. Yes, its got lots of play but once the load comes on the play hasnt been an issue so far. Its worked on every suspension bush (including radius arm bushes) I've thrown at it.

    chuckthe bushes in the freezer and heat the panhard the bushes will tap in easily

    Thats what I did ... left them overnight in freezer ... warm the panhards right up .... used a vice for power ... worked a treat

    When removing the old bushes you might also find it helps to give the circumference of the bush a good clean up with a wire brush grinding wheel to clean away any rust/dirt that may prevent them moving.
