    I have started fitting an Alisport intercooler on my disco. I haven't finished the hoses yet but don't anticipate a problem with the hoses and the 2nd battery.

    Have to cut holes in the panel above the front body mount (between old intercooler and headlight). Maybe the design has changed or my battery is mounted differently.

    Some pics:
    The 1st shows the Allisport alongside stock 300Ti unit. Allisport core dimensions are 500 x 320 x 50 (620 over tanks). Stock 300Tdi core is 190 x 260 x 65.

    Couple more showing holes for inlet and outlet hoses. Cut with 2-1/4" hole saw.

    I've always wondered what the flow and dP is like through a dual pass design like that ?
