When did LR get around to producing a harness that did not take the oil into the wiring?
I thought that by the time they got to the update model this problem had been fixed.
An AMR6103 injector harness will rectify the original fault, but cleaning the plug at the front of the head where the loom plugs in and the ECU red plug will make it run fine again. Also, check the plugs for the MAF and AAS in the airbox lid for oil contamination. You may need to revisit these plugs and clean them again at a later stage after replacing the injector harness. If you want to ring and talk to me about it 0408 995 635 during BH I can explain a bit better as it is late, and I need my beauty sleep

Unfortunately, LR never did, its just a case of hardening plastic sleeves over the pins, the oil passes the clear/white plastic sleeves on the outerside and between the black coupling.
TD5 Injector Loom cheap fix once and for all
I hope this helps. I've completed 12 of these now with 5, first mine in service and backups from a few mates (who had a few mates hi hi) that didn't throw theirs out. At least I found out LR owners don't throw stuff away hi hi.
