Ah, a man with taste and style.
Been a Rudy user for years. I've killed my last pair and am in desperate need of new sunnies.

How do the Wileys compare ?
Rudy's tend to fit me much better than Oakleys.

I was checking the Wileys out in a catalogue not too long back when I had to buy some new orthotics for my Danner boots.

See, we have a sunnies thread after all DB

Dullbird, just watch the King Wheels. I have 15x8's in white and while i admit that my truck has sat around for a while the powdercoating is coming off and there is rust underneath that. I'm going to get them sandblasted and powdercoated black eventually.
From what I have heard the quality sunrasia style wheels have a bead of silicone (or similer) underneath the powdercoating in the gap where the rim meets the centre on the outside of the rim. This stops the moisture getting in and rusting under the powdercoat.

    Hope this helps.

DullBird... You dont want sidewall bag... Good way to get your sidewalls torn.
The secret is elongation of the tyre, not width...
A lot of LTs hardly bag in the sidewall even down at 15psi.

See this is where it gets bloody confusing......I was going to put 265/70/16's on 16x8 and Phil told me it wasn't a good idea as I was enquiring about the sliverstones mt117 sports as that is a tyre I have been seriously thinking about putting on the car along with federals

those ones that rick posted up does any one have an idea on price? would I be looking over 200 a rim?

phil also suggested getting the pro comp rims I think it was 180 a rim I think he said

Oh and box head yes I will get details off you only because my tree sliders need to be sandblasted and powder coated

Lou I got my black sunny style rims 16x7 with 0 offset from woonona tyres. It's a bit of a hike but I went in there with $1800 and told him I wanted 6 rims with Mickey Thompson MTZ's and all I was going to give him was the cash in my hand. He took it. $300ea for rims and tyres was a bargain I thought. I haven't had any problems with these wheels after 2.5 years.

Woonona is down woolongong way and their number is 02 4285 5275. Maybe worth a call.

    Cheers

    Josh
