only likely to be 3 things
1. a blockage in the fuel lines or filters (most likely)
2. a collapsing air hose
3. a blocked air filter
if when it cuts out it doesnt blow black smoke then its a fuel line issue
Hi all,
I have a 130 with a 300 tdi and just as your about to change gears, I suppose peak fuel demand the motor dies, back off the throttle and away it goes again, I am assuming its a fuel problem, maybe its not! I have drained the water seperator and the fuel filter thinking condensation but nothing unusual there,
is it possible to service the lift pump or check the operation
would appreciate any thoughts,
thanks in advance
Scotty
