My Disco has no leaks and has done 144k's.
I am a bit pedantic also but like the fact I can park somewhere and not slip on oil.

I must admit I'd also love to have no oil leaks as would swmbo however as my baby is heading for half a million clicks and after fourteen years of combined Disco ownership I'm still to experience a dry driveway I'm not expecting miracles.

From what I have read on here, some of the popular leak fixes are:

Isuzu engine and box (Questionable as a leak fixer) or
350 Chev and Turbo box
Nissan or Toyota diffs
Borg Warner transfer case
Volvo expansion tank
Leave the washer bottle empty......

To fix the leaky alpine roofs on Disco's at the moment it seems to be popular to just cut it off and add a tray.......

Just like to add, 320,000 on my 300Tdi Disco the leaks are:

Vac pump to engine gasket
Lift pump to engine gasket
Transfer case intermediate shaft seal
Rear main
Right rear wheel bearing seal

Recently fixed:

All the power steering hoses
Rocker cover gasket
PCV thingy O ring

My fix is some Masonite on the driveway or park on the grass.

Not all that environmentally friendly but seems to do the job
