What low profile spotties to fit under roof rack at the front of Disco1

Could anyone reccomend me some spotlights to go under a roof rack mounted at the front of my Disco1s roof? must be low profile, I have 13cm room between roof and roof rack.

Yeah I've been looking on E-Bay, but I have no idea when it comes to lights.
I thought that you want fog lights mounted low so they don't illuminate the whole cloud in front of you, but cut under it.

Fog lights should be mounted low and close. Low W's also. Driving lights high and far apart and crank up the W's.

Be careful of regulations relating to wiring and mounting height there are plenty of cases of police pulling over 4X4 drivers to explaine things

Lights mounted that high are illegal in most states if used on-road.

Low profile lights usually have poor optics.

These would fit and give good light output:

Hella Comet FF 50 or 75 Series
    97 D1 V8 SE manual - loud & locked - RPI Optimax & some toys
    09 D3 HSE
    Sold and missed: 03 D2a V8 auto

I'm a bit scared now. With 2" lift and 2" chassis with 33"s I don't want to attract any more attention from the fuzz. I'll ask my cop mate on the ruling, but I think I'll just mount some thin lights on my bumper instead.

These are the RTA/ADR rules for heavy vehicles, but I am sure it is the same for Light vehicles.

Note - max height to light centres is 1400 mm above the ground. Maximum 2, 4, or 6 lights (3 pairs).

Low yes, close to what? Not close together. ADRs state they must be at least 600mm apart.
