Radiator & pump suggestions for WTA intercooler

Picked up my intercooler radiator yesterday for $15 (air conditioner condenser from an AU Falcon).

It has 1/2 inch inlet outlet pipes. I will probably cut off the connector clamps and then just screw clamp hoses on to the pipes. It should fit neatly in front of the radiator at 650 x 400 x 19mm. I need to fabricate some angle bracket to mount at each side of the I/C radiator.

The next purchase will be the coolant pump. It looks to be down to two choices:

1. Davies Craig Electric Booster Pump, 15lt/min, 1.3 amp, brushless magnetically driven pump, estimated life 15,000 hrs, incl reducer to fit 1/2 inch pipe, cost $155 (plus $15 postage unless I can source locally);
2. Bosche intercooler pump, 20lt/min, 2.5 - 3.5 amps, direct drive shaft pump, would need to buy reducers (3/4 to 1/2 inch), cost $150 incl postage from the US.

I am leaning toward the Davies Craig pump.

To fit the intercooler under the air cleaner I need to modify the air cleaner canister by relocating the intake and removing the dust dump.

I just punched in EWP on ebay and a davies craig ewp 80 for $169 plus $24 in freight will flow 80Lper/min and its in melb :D

I've stalled on this project due to lack of time. But I'm still keen to progress it.

Any more thoughts on the water pump choice.

The options are Davies Craig EBP (15l/min) or EWP (80l/min) at a cost $185.

The other option is the Bosch intercooler pump (20l/min), now with great exchange rate $120 delivered. I am leaning toward the Bosch because of value for money.

I wouldnt bother with an intercooler, radiator fan, it's hugely impossible to obtain high egts when going slow, it's mainly open road, which your moving air anyhow, even if slow going, your engine fan is moving alot of air, if the rad is infront of the radiator
