Radiator & pump suggestions for WTA intercooler

10 years ago I built my own water-air intercooler system. It worked reasonably well, but the pump wore out and I stopped using it. Bought a subaru electric water pump later on and made a new cooler with more internal surface area. But it didn't work as well (data logs showed 15% effectiveness) and the niggling doubt about internal water leaks led me to unhook it.

So no, a little more than just sitting in the shed.;)

Looks like PWR use the Bosch pump with their kits

Nope, more like two very worthwhile experiments. I'll get around to #3 one day.

I thought it should be ok, is from an AU Falcon.

Would the water pump be wired to a thermostat so that it cycles in and out when water temperatures reach a given temperature or would you have it running all the time???

I'd have it running all the time.

You want your air temp as low (dense) as possible before it gets the big squeeze by the pistons.
