Sure Landys are this and that but surely there is a world out there.

O.K, I am gay, I go home and tell the wife and kids now. Cheers for confirming it.

**** me lads this is not a ****ing comp. The isuzu is one of the best engines around but it has it's faults which aren't mechanical. If you are willing to live with it then you have a really really good engine. The Cubic capacity is one reason it is better than the other landy engines. I do miss the instant torque but I am happy enough with the td5 once going the td5 is fine. Every one has a opinion on what they call perfect some men like tits and some like bum.

Yeah I think I have the drift... but!!
Not all of us have a beard.
Not all have troubles with the language.
Some would take umbridge to the use of 'gays' or 'homo' as a pejorative.
I Hasten to add that I am not 'that way inclined' but it's always instructive when you meet someone that uses the term pejoratively (leading to other less inaccurate stereotyping...)

Yes- we do have the finest production 4wd ever made (OK, maybe the Unimog is the best but try parking the bastard in inner Canberra or Sydney). It (the 110 L/R Isuzu) aint perfect we know that.

Yes many are proud and some tinker more than others.

You are welcome to poke away (bait- always good for a laugh) but at the end of the day you will have to put up or shut up just like in any good pub argument.

In this spirit, your shot has been called and you have laid the cards on the table so Nissan go fast contraptions are your thing- thats good! Someone has to buy 'em!!

So Comfort and power are your thing (it's true most people like this and it's a priority) but these things have little to do with strength and longevity and outright toughness and capability.

In my view of the world these (latter) things are priorities. I'm the bloke that will pull you out and tow you three hundred km and leave you to ponder your priorities in a town not far from the middle of nowhere waiting for some stupid crap part to make your car run again until it dies for the same or another silly reason.

People 'round here don't suffer this sort of thing. You might not either if all you do with your Nissan is tow heavy trailers from here to there but once you get the idea to do 'something more' you will discover limitations that you elected to ignore at the point of sale...
    Horses for courses.
Cheers mate and I reckon you are welcome to play devil's advocate.

This is a forum and we all have opinions.

    Have a great day.
just out of curiousity, when have i done all this? All i said was why are you still posting in this thread when you said 'catch ya later', and i said it in jest, hence the smily dude poking out his tongue. I have never bagged your cars out, heck i don't even know what they are, except now i know its a Navarra and a VW (go the VW), or nor have i bagged you technical knowledge, and finally i'd like to thank my parents for empowering me with the manners i have, if it wasn't for them i wouldn't have such a good reputation in my area with all my many many customers.

    entertaining thread.

    no replacement for displacement

as a d-gas pump tweaked 300tdi I always want for more, next is bigger intercooler.

I want to be able to tow a 750kg trailer at 105kmh on a hot day, possibly with the a/c on (yes I am a sook, windows don't cut it ) and not slow down unless a really decent hill...

camo tractor goes alright on 33's - but imagine it with an isuzu turbo in it
