mine is a donaldson unit with a 4" inlet and outlet, not dual filters though, it was in it when i bought it (it was originally a V8) i had to flip it 180deg, move the drain plug 180ish deg, slide it across about 5" or 6" but apart from that works, not as long as the other s on here though, it has to be really pushed to get it in, as u can see by the concaving of the housing

The plastic on shouldn't be a problem if mounted on the roof rack, saves fitting a snorkel. don't no about the pre cleaner strait into the inlet but. More worried about the compatibility with the engine...CFM@????
page 5-5 has an equation which you can use to calculate CFM.
