When we first fired up our 4BD1 it didn't seen right, I had my head under the bonnet while my mate pumped the pedal, I noticed the injector pump throttle was set to half the travel that the pedal could do, after adjusting the stops to the maximum travel that the pedal can go the motor reved up heaps better.
