Only problem I can see compared to Grubbs is that it adds more moving parts that will result in driveline "slop" compared to the solid shaft design I would think..
No, it is Mike Slades LWB conversion from a 110 Defender, specific for his business at the time. The engine is a chevy petrol V8, with a common USA 5 speed gearbox.
