FYI, it's not that hard to find: Part No. FTC5090

    I'm not 100% sure but I don't think rakeaway's number works
I get 441538750500 I think Australia needs to add 00 before entering that ?

Thanks to Ben ^^^ I got in touch with rakeway and they were quite helpfull...the fella said $325 for the shaft as for postage I'm not sure but I am waiting on a quote from them...
If anyone new is reading this thread I do not recommend going this option I would go with Grubbs one but the reason why I am considering the rakeway one is due to having a 6speed and it may be easier...

    3. The length of my MSA kits to keep the Engine and transfer case in original positions is 625mm. If your mearsurement of 615mm is accurate, then you have 10mm to play with to keep Engine/Transfer iin stock locations.

    4. My shift kit will bolt to the top of that box.

If the LT230 font output casing clears the bulge in the gearbox when the transfer case is butted right up against rear of the MXA.... If I were you, I would make a steel adaptor plate 10mm thick to mate the two. Get a hold of the ZF auto coupling spud shaft and see if you can get the mainshaft resplined to suit the internal spline of the ZF spud shaft..... However, from the pictures, it appears the bulge may be too much for this and you will need to space the transfer case back.
When I looked at fitting an LT230 to my MXA-6R, I wanted it to be as short as possible (to fit into a rangie). I was thinking along the line of re-splining the LT230 input gear to suit the MXA mainshaft, but when I tried dropping an LT230 case over the tail of the MXA, the front output interfered by a large amount.

Out of curiosity how do they re-spline to a different spline count? I'm assuming there would only be a certain limit you could do it ? Would it be done with a shaper ? Would it need to be heat treated again for surface hardening ?

Wire EDM, also called spark erosion, etc. is one way, otherwise heat treat.

Was hoping I did not need to modify the actuator rod but looks like i have no choice .....

Properly mounted misses the bonnet by 10mm luckily...exhaust is going to be a tight fit as I did not realize physically how big it is until now

For comparison here are some pics of a B.W. S200, 76mm compressor, 0.55 A/R turbine housing.
