Yeah first price was around $1300-1400 then they said that they matched a set of falcon studs so that reduced the price down to $700 then I needed to get the other 4 that cost $70ea then nuts and washers :o I got quoted a set of oem bolts for $55 (not off eBay) so I was expecting studs to be no more than around $350 or so mark...Quote:

That's confirmation of no timing device on the pump drive gear. But you've also got a flywheel tooth sensor to drive a tacho.
Yep I am think I may just swap the pumps over at this stage and keep the BG pump for spares for the other...with the flywheel sensor I just have to try and figure out how to mate it to the td5 tachometer I have :angel: the flywheel also has 4 tapped holes in it where I assume a hydraulic pump would have been coupled to so I have to figure out how to block them then send away for grinding...Quote:

What is the plan for gearbox bolt-up? Your BG flywheel housing is likely SAE 3 which is close to the MSA/MXA bolt pattern, but not quite. Can you fit a clutch in with the flywheel depth?
Good question...I am yet to measure the dimensions of the flywheel or flywheel housing so have not devised a plan yet :eek: hopefully that will be on the cards for the sarvo..Quote:
