Thanks Didiman. Unfortunately my manifold isn't on that list, but they all look so similar. I guess if they are the same thickness it will work.

9041308400 is the P/N for the 4BD1T manifold studs, M8x1.25 thread, from what I could find...

I used M8 socket head cap screws from coventrys fasteners. A few years and many hard km's later and they haven't budged.

Does anyone know what thread the oil feed for the alt is as it comes out of the block? I don't have anything that matches the thread (very fine?). The return is 14M1.5 so I assume it is metric..?

Can't remember now. I have a feeling it may be BSPT or NPT, not metric. I just removed the fitting and took it in to pirtek to see what they had.

Isuzurover was correct when he said BSPT...from memory 1/8bspt
