Best bet is someone on here that has done a Turbo conversion and still has their winged sump laying around. Mine ended up in the bin.
Gentlemen and Ladies
I am hoping someone can let me know if I can buy a sump pan with wings for a civilian 110 county that was born in Australia but now lives in the UK.
We can not source a new sump pan here in the UK and it is now getting very thin and in danger of failing.
I am hoping there is a company out there that will ship to the UK.
Any help will be much appreciated

Can you source the normal sump without a wing section?
It is common practice here to replace the winged sump with the normal sump.
The 4BD1 used in later years by Land Rover didn't have a winged sump.
It's sheet-metal. Surely there are thousands of sheet-metal rust-repair outfits in the UK?
Might be cheapest and easiest to take it to a metal worker and get them to cut and weld a new plate in the bottom. A small sheet of 16 gauge would not cost much.
Alternatively there are part numbers in the sticky - you could try taking that to an Isuzu dealer, or contact one in the US or Europe that stock it.
Hercules: 1986 110 Isuzu 3.9 (4BD1-T)
Brutus: 1969 109 ExMil 2a FFT (loved and lost)
Thanks for the replies
The landie is original hence we would like to replace it with an original part, it is also used everyday so waiting for a fabricator would mean it would be off the road too long.
We have asked Izusu dealers and they say they can not source the parts
I have sent enquiries to several breakers throughout europe without any success.
America seems to have different part numbers so not sure if the parts are correct or not.
Is there a dealer in Australia who will ship to UK and can i fit a sump from a turbo 4BD1??
Any of the 4b sumps will fit its just finding one thats the problem
This is the part number for the 4BD1/4BD1T wingless sump. The part number should be the same the world over.
All 4BXX sumps should fit...
If you like to chase up your freight options of getting it from Cairns NQ
Weight 10-15 kg 600x550 x250mm for a carton or just shrink wrapped slightly
less Sump gratus![]()
My listing has about 10 different oil pans for the 4BD1 see pics attached. Some have the wing on the left, some without wings, and 1 with a wing on both sides.
Some of these would be for industrial/stationary/marine use and probably not have clearance for the front axle assembly.
The one in AM's post looks to have wings on both sides, and the one on the left would probably foul the front drive shaft.
I don't understand why you want to keep to the original style of winged oil pan.
