4bd1 glow plugs no longer made??

Well have I had fun, went to the Holden/Isuzu mob down in Hobart to buy some new kit for the Stage One Isuzu I have, they don't make or stock the glow plugs anymore so the man sez! I got the same answer when I asked for a new forward Diesel filter (the paper type) then to really put the boot in while a Blokes down,"nah we don't stock the fan belts either".
so now I'm in a spot of bother.
So is what the Isuzu dealer told me true? if so how am I gunna replace the old glow plugs ect?
Is there a glow plug from another make that fits a 4bd1 N/A?
In my owners book it lists them as Isuzu 10.5 volts.
Any help here would be welcome thanks guys.

Don't deal with your Holden dealer

Head over to your local Isuzu truck dealer. I would guess Motors Trucks or Websters Trucks down there

Just found the 4bd1 parts reference guid on here and it lists glow plug numbers, going by that then I should be able to walk into Repco or Autobahn and buy some to suit a Holden Rodeo? will give it a shot and see shall I?

You will probably find you will never need to use glow plugs with a 4BD1, mine have never been connected. I have several mates with 4BD1's and everyone says the same, never need them, the Isuzu starts first time every time.
The only time I've ever heard of them being useful was in very extreme cold.
You might be spending money unnecessarily.

Did you search for all the part numbers from all the plug makes I've put up on this forum?

if your battery is in good nick than you shouldn't need them...the only time i ever used them was when the battery was low on juice....i.e. just turning over before you get the click click click

    Glow plugs are not needed.
Fan belts you can buy anywhere - either an auto parts shop or a bearing shop. Just give them the number off the old belt.

I'll just undo mine and send them to you, they are as new, never used.
