The problem with the 4 speed LT95 on my Perentie is that you have to drop to 80KPH before you can select 3rd.
With the 6x6 pushing up to 5Tonne or 7Tonne with a trailer and a 4BD1-T you need to drive it like a two stroke diesel to keep the revs up which means a need for more gears.
Even KLR have advised me that even the best R380 is still too weak in 5th for my purposes, so t looks like I'm back to an Isuzu box conversion. :(
