    lighter clutch

Anyone have any ideas on how I could make my clutch pedal feel much lighter?
At the moment I have the Isuzu 300mm truck clutch with rover master and county slave, its bloody heavy, and takes the enjoyment out of driving it.

County slave is 1", truck slave is 30mm

You could always put something like a VH44 brake booster in the line Damo.

The later Defenders like my 6x6 have a couple of springs on the clutch pedal to compensate. Have you seen them - I dunno whether you could adapt that idea to a RR or Disco though.

Do they run the standard master as well?

    lighter clutch

Have you tried the isuzu slave? There's quite a bit of difference in piston area (roughly 506mm2 vs 706mm2). Should make a noticeable difference, assuming you get enough travel...
