Hi All,
This morning the shroud behind the radiator on my 4BD1T fell off into the fan. By the time I stopped the fan blades were quite a bit shorter and the shroud had been badly chewed up. Does anyone know where I might be able to find replacements for either part in Brisbane? I'm on Brisbane northside so anything north of the river would be great.

Can't help with parts suppliers up your way, but if you get stuck for a fan the Patrol TD42 viscous fans are a pretty close fit - even as a temporary solution.
Holes on the viscous hub that connect to the waterpump need to be opened up slightly (to 8mm from memory) , and about 20mm trimmed off the blades (not a problem if your shroudless!!).
