KC, pursuant to our pm earlier today (reposted here for others if needed) for 4bd1 parts you can try any isuzu commercial npr shop in the States for things like seals, pistons, rings, etc. For some parts (starter motor, for example) the orientation is different in the States even though the part number crosswalks as the same, so double check. You can also try GM commercial truck distribution as the 4bd1 was used in GM cab forward models 3500's and/or 4500's for a time. Barring that, for parts needing to come from Australia there are a number of good sources referenced on these forums for you to consider when/if needed. For the LT95 seals and such, I recently needed an lt95 output seal and was able to source one in the States from Rovers North. They specifically do not 'support' the 4bd1 variants (and will tell you so) but if you know the part number and it's a rover part, they generally have it or can get it quickly.

KC, how is the redline gearbox oil holding up? Its been several months so i was hoping you could post any observations/results so far. As for the engine oil the Mack 15w40 seems to just keep chugging along on the perenties so I'm about to do my post break in oil change on the 110 and likely to go with it there too.
