You get a decent winch in the process may be PTO

Lot of kin about though but selling the tray could pay for the conversion.
Wasn't somebody on here looking for a budget beavertail?

    Cheers

To much rooting around to pull one from a truck, bellhousings arent easily sourced, 24v not 12, stuff like that, usually wouldn't be an issue, but want this together quick

Much easier than stuffing around shoe horning this into that then changing that to this and all that lol.....

I will be waiting with baited breath to see what ends up in the Rangies engine bay......If you dont pull it apart and sell the bits first

That could be a 4BC2, the 3.3L engine.
Looks like it's had a busy history too. The engines been out and repainted (probably reconditioned), the front panels on the cab are from a truck much later than 84/85 too.

Does anyone know how they acheive the 10sp box on these? Is it a self contained splitter or built into the box?

Ahh - but the truck boxes are stronger than an LT95 and with better ratios... Could have 5:1 or 6:1 1st gear PLUS a nice tall OD top gear. 6-speed is also possible. Just need to fab an adaptor to the LT230 and a cable shifter.
