Rangie, 120 lifted, and air spring... Should give you an idea of its length and has no compressed air in it
These were a tight fit but made it with a bit of weight loss
Had to drill the lower captives and drop tapered screws in here as shown before
The piston. This has a lot to do with the desired ride height and progressive loading.
The old setup, wasn't bad but couldn't cope with the big weights I carry all the time. Be fine in a normal application

What you see above is all up and all down on the flat. About 280mm with the shocks connected. Flex or transverse travel is another story as the tray needs to move up a hell of a lot
For now I will have to move the shock mounts and bump stops down to get the full down travel without the up travel taking the tray out.
