Are 4BD1 radiator same as V8?

Just a short Q. is the radiator for the Stage 1 4BD1 the same as the radiator for the Stage 1 V8?

You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.

I'm not sure what the differences are, but in the 4WD's catalogue the V8 and the Isuzu radiators have different part numbers and costs.

No the issue is different. I can acquire a stage 1 V8 for very little money, unfortunately it is missing a radiator.

I also know someone who is wrecking/selling a Stage 1 4BD1, (they want to keep the LT95) so I could get the radiator if I want.

Ahhh ok. If it doesn't work out, Gary from CLR in the mountains gets in these new/remanufactured or something radiators from the UK from time to time at a good price. I think he sells them as a County or 110 V8 radiator though they setup with the Stage 1.

Hes got one on ebay here if need be. Ive bought one for my Landy from him. These sell really quicky

Externally they look the same size (I had one of each at one point). However the V8 rad has 2 small tubes in one tank, and the inlet/outlet are slightly different.

Not 100% sure if they have the same number of cores, but think they are the same.

I'm not clued up on stage 1's (although I do have a SIII), so I'm not sure how the Stage 1 rad is configured.

However, I thought it might be worth mentioning that the difference between a 110 V8 rad and a 110 Isuzu rad is the inlet and outlet are completely opposite.

Not sure if that is true.
I have a Stage 1 in a 110 chassis & also have a 110 V8. I swapped bodies but had to swap the top rad mountplate to fit Stage 1 rad into V8 body. Stage 1 is not as high.

I'm presuming that both your rads are V8 ones. I'm talking about the differences between a 110 V8 rad and the 110 Isuzu rad.

I said "the difference between a 110 V8 rad and a 110 Isuzu rad is the inlet and outlet are completely opposite."

    Which is correct.
