Just make sure you leak test it.... they leak very easy..
I am looking at putting a 200tdi safari snorkel on the 110 as they are fitted to the passenger side. With my turbo set up the air filter canister has been reversed and so the intake is more toward the passenger side.
Is there any obstruction to fitting a safari 200tdi snorkel to the passenger side? The only thing there is the heater box which would have been fitted to a 200tdi.
Also, is the diameter of this snorkel intake large enough for a 4BD1?
thanks
Peter

may be have both of them? i suspect that thay are a little restrictive std
Any ideas about whether a 200tdi snorkel would be large enough diameter for a 4BD1T? I am looking at passenger side snorkels again?
Thanks

I have had a serious look at fitting a 200TDi snorkel; in addition to the 300TDi snorkel already in place, to my 110 with 4BD1T fitted - I abandoned ship on the idea when I found that the outlet spigot on a 200TDi snorkel is only 50mm which is way too small. I have fitted a steel 75mm spigot to the 300TDi snorkel which has improved air flow significantly. It would be difficult to modify the 200TDi snorkel because of limited space for pipework under the heater box.
