Yes, website is down, working on a new and improved one :) In between getting the conversions out the door and into vehicles that is.

PS: Only thing you need from the trucks master and slave cylinders are the push rod from the slave cylinder (although I throw one in the kit anyway)

Sheldon they are keeping you busy happty to see number is still in the shed but it is getting closer to slotting in the 120.

Too true Sheldon it sits there and I think of you and how its going :). You could always consider me a muse by adding a bit of motivation and inspiration. The number 1 box also reminds me that I need to stop surfing and tinker in the shed again as you know we all have to many projects.

How heavy is the clutch with the isuzu box? Or does it stay the same since you are still using the same(?) pressure plate.

Combination of pressure-plate, MC and SC. My 5ft4 wife has no problem using the unassisted clutch on my rangie. I have the 275mm clutch that was used until about the 1988 changeover.

Yep, same same. Same MC, SC and plate.

Ok, looks like I'm headed to WA.

So bear with me if your after a conversion, it could take sometime before I get set up again.

I have 5 housings being machined up nowish, but the shift kits to go with them are going to be the hold up.

Really I would like to redesign the shift kit to be a complete top cover swap over to reduce parts. As the shift rails run within the top cover it will take a little work to design, but in the end should give a really good result. Hope to do 3 variants;

1. For factory 4BD1 110
2. For later model Defender (main gear lever and hi/lo are a little rewards to that of the 4BD1 110 LT85)
3. For Dico/Rangie

The first two variants should be a good choice for other applications too - there has been interest for non-landrover uses for the boxes.

Very sorry for anyone wanting a kit to go now. I will be back in action as soon as possible.
