I was on my way home with a works vehicle and I passed them again going the other way, when I got home there was a note in my screen door to let me know he had been here. Shame I wasn't home for that half hour as I would have offered Jason and Karen a cup of coffee!!!

If you ever decide you want a decent full size Landrover you may be able to sell you collection for enough money to buy one the way you are going Aus.

The marks in the lawn come from the stretch Limo, because of the shape of the driveway when you turn to go out the back wheels cut across the lawn and because of all the rain we have had lately, it is quite soft!!!!

...you know we used to go up to our local bush...sometimes could take me an hour to get there & we only live literaly 5 min drive from it...

...So i dont deal with people to well cause if i have to leave or (hide)as such they dont understand so we just dont do it but its now realy taking its toll on the wife & kids..

i had a friend who i used to do stuff with... since he died, i havent been able to do anything realy...

...Now the best i do is going down to the local shops again 5min drive away but i do go for a walk round aldi the cheap shops & the paper shop gotta get me rover mags..but this rarely happens .karen does all my running around picking up parts & the like..

dont know how i would handle it..but if it wasnt for karen i know i would be dead she saved me..
the best thing so far is my kids..

...i can only hope that when the car is sorted i can get some part of our life back & start going back to the bush...
So we would like to say many many thanks to everyone who has offered to help...

    THANKS Jason & Karen..
Jase, having always kept an eye on how you've been going throughout this thread, and admiring the guts and courage you must have to have even started this in the first place, I thought maybe it was time for us all to think back, and given the rough week or so you've had, and now a few steps forward are happening again, for you to reflect on just how far you've come since the start of the year.

Mate, seriously, I think you're a hell of guy, and I have sincere admiration of just how well you've managed to take a crap situation, and been able to look for some positives, take it one step at a time and from what I've read, make real inroads to turning your life around into something meaningful.

I'm really proud of the way it sounds like you've worked your way through the last week or so, and at the end of the day, I think you have realised what you and Karen have got is worth fighting damn hard for.

I've had the week from hell at work etc this week, but this thread helped remind me the best way forward is one step at a time, and eventually things start to improve.

Jason, as far as I'm concerned, you're a bloody legend, and I reckon you could do anything if you want it bad enough.

Ahh.. and I just realised, this is post #500 for me. I don't usually post unless I have something meaningful to say, and I think this was quite fitting in a way.
