I just made the 9,000th post
Crikey, we are breaking records on this Thread. You have created a monster, Jason.![]()
It feels like this thread is forever breaking milestones in more ways than one.
Good hear your daughters are doing well Jim.
Jason keep cranking it and the smell should go.
Been a bit busy for a while here.
Jase, I will look for you on FB, whats you lastr name again? and the smell, did you paint the fire place?
If so it should settle down, maybe crank it up and leave the door open for a day or 2.
Lionel, hope you find a job soon.
Jim, now you have somewhere to stay when you are on holiday in W.A.
Tony, how is it going?

Thanks for asking Mrs HH.
I have been quite busy with uni and college work.
This weekend was crazy weather.
It was below 0 for a lot of it and got some sleet and almost snow.
I have an assignment due at least every week and have an exam on the 3rd of June then I am free for a while.
I still dont know when I will be going to the GC as I have to organise the person to pick up my 80inch.
I got my car fixed, they were very fast which I was happy with and cost $200 for labor+part which wasnt to bad I guess.
I am trying to get a bit more healthy and waking up at 630am most mornings to go for an hour walk which is nice.
I have also trued eating better but is hard especially when so many people here eat bad food.
We get served dinner at 515 so come 9pm+ the hunger sharks are biting again.
The weather has been pretty cold up here also. Be terrific to see you some time up hereYou are always welcome here. Maybe buy some health bars, fruit or something simular to snack on at night.
I found Jase on FBThanks Tony

Hello Mrs HH,
Thank you for your consideration.
Pop058 (Paul) and I did a clandestine trip to Murgon. The trip there involved an empty car trailer being towed behind Paul's Disco. The trip back to Bundaberg involved a loaded car trailer being towed behind Paul's Disco. More details when it is domestically safe to do so!
I was able to set some priorities during the trip and figured that I will:
1) At my visit to the Ophthalmologist this afternoon I will get the verdict on what options I have to get my eyes sorted out. Namely, new specialist contact lenses or not; No my eyes have gone too far to be able to see through a pair of glasses.
2) Get on the road to being fully sighted again;
3) Knuckle down and finish the PhD; My Principal Supervising Professor stated that I was closer to finishing than I thought I was- When I can see again.
4) Look for work straight after the PhD dissertation is placed into the hands of the Examiners.
5) Get one of my Land Rovers on the road - legally registered.
Kind Regards
Lionel
Good on number one, Jim. No doubt she will be spending a lot of her time at Karijini, it's a beautiful oasis in the middle of a virtual desert. I'm sure she'll love it. Karratha is quite civilized by WA standards. ;-)
