Talking to my daughter last night (the one with the dog bite) and it is a slow and arduous trip back to full health. Still wearing a cast and the bones are gradually healing. She says she is very bored.

get her to do an online course as self improvement. I learned a bit of Hebrew from a free online Hebrew course-- could be other languages, or any other courses--I am sure there are lots out there.

Was there a subject she wished she had done at school??? Study it now

I am in the RFS bush fire brigade. we have some online courses for members.

Or she could become an expert on something like

Yeah, thanks for that John, she is actually doing a course over the internet to get her nursing qualifications higher. Her computer has crashed, would you believe a family of geckos set up house in the case and completely ruined her computer. It is only 3 years old.

Soooo, she has to buy another one to continue her studies.

Well I'm bloody crook again & on the long weekend. Not happy. What's everyone else doing for the long weekend other then the ones going to Incs.

Well a bit better this morning . Went out yesterday after sitting around thinking about it while waiting for Karen to finish work. Then felt a bit uncomfortable while out. Joined the new library. Had a big greasy egg & bacon roll when I came home. Must of went through me & then that made me stress. I hate my mind so much sometimes. Feeling a bit better though. Slept in today haven't been up long. We haven't been sleeping to well either of us & it's starting to catch up with us. We are up from about 4.30 every day with Fred cause she gets all the early starts. We don't get up but she wakes us up then can't go back to sleep. Ah well will just wait & see how I feel as the day goes on.


I hate going out late. I've always been one to go out & do what ever has to be done early in the morning that way I can work on the car. But not much has happened in that department for awhile. Though I am getting bits sanded slowly. It's getting to cool to paint so not sure what I'll do about that yet.
