Thread: Embarrassment

Karen has worried about & stressed over me for 23 years & it is very hard for her not to do this when we are out.
Which she needs to now ....
I have also asked her to talk to someone Vickie who is her best friend & my cousin I also told her to go over there for a night or 2 ...but she would just worry about us all back here...

I think she realy needs to talk to some one ..

And if we can work it out i would like her to go over to vickies for a night once a month to chill watch dvd's or just get drunk by herself & to now worry about us here as we will be ok.....

Make sure you are saying these things to her too - it will let her know how much you love and care for her.

i have told her all day dont want to push her...

Karen has told me that she doesn't know if she loves me or weather it is worth trying to sort it out between us anymore

& this scares me to death.......

Banj,you are welcome at my house anytime and Mrs Aus knows the score, suggest try and make a time when we are home (if possible) as we are out quite often!!!

Don't give up. Fcus on the positives. Use this to motivate you to get out more. Make a routine of small expeditions and then gradually extend them.

I seriously seriously need help the one & only person that meens so much to me & has done so much for me & the only person i trust to tell my secrets & i go & **** her over to the degree that she feels this way ..

I deserve every thing i get & Karen deserves so much more & so much better its not funny.....


If use only new what Karen realy does for me & what i realy put her through it is so bad i can not tell use & i can not begin to pay her back..

I am so **** scared i want the ground to open up & swallow me so bad so as every one here can get on with there lives & not have me **** up or **** them over....

Some **** i am to do this to the one person i care so much for & I love to no end & so deep its not funny & i go & make her feel like this it kills me so much it hurts .. I have never been so scared i feel so sick in the guts ...

I want to give her so much & i cant do a ****ing thing right i wanna die so Karen & the kids can be happy & i dont do this any more, i just want to make them happy & proud thats all i want to do & i cant even do that right....

Ian i would love to do that with Kev & jim but i know i would fail i wouldn't even make it to stockton...

All of use help me so much & i cant do a damn thing to see anyone or do anything right i am so ashamed of what i have done to Karen its not funny I have let her down so much & so bad . . . .

I tryed to tell my mother this morning while she was here & the ****ing mole just shrugged it off & kept talking about herself & how bad she is...
