I would ruin the 80' and it would cost more then a defender.
I think i will look for a registered series 2a or 3 pref swb.
That way i do get to keep the ute.

A friend who gives leads on LR's rang last night, series 3 LWB 6 cyl, don't know the price yet $1000.00 - $2000.00, Harry has been asked for advice on price. Sent pictures, very straight vehicle and looks in good condition. Was his Father's had been garaged for years, needs a radiator $800.00, sitting for a while will need brakes redone. Well copy a couple of pics for you

If you are interested Harry will let him know there needs to money spent on radiator and brakes to get to roadworthy.

It has been put on gumtree now, I will fid the add for you

Not there yet They are asking $3750.00 it runs, has brakes, but will need some work as it has been sitting for 8 years. Harry doesn't think they will get that much for it, so we will wait and see
