I wouldn't recommend it unless it suits your purpose. Being ex-military, they can be expensive (but they can also be cheap if you have your eye out for a bargain).
I think there are better civy ones out on the market. I was looking at a Tregg on the weekend. The owner was very happy with it. He made hitching his camper look so easy but, then again, he had had a lot of experience with it.
If you are thinking about the Treg coupling for your trailer, I'd suggest you get the Trigg hitch to fit to the 4WD.
