So Mick,,, hows the van going?
Did you make a purchase or not?

Leeanne and I had some revelations during our holiday,,, might pull in beside you at the beach sometime.

    Still negotiating.

No, the caravan is not for the new job. The caravan is because it is there.

I wouldn't stress too much about blasting it either. If your reasonably careful and hit it at the right angles, it should be fine.
It'd certainly make it easier if it was left soaking for a few days too.

    De-Lichening

Having had much the same situation on a pop-top:

Get up on a step ladder, reaching in from the side, do the top first. Use a medium to stiffish brush and a solution of water and vinegar, wetting and scrubbing several times and then flowing the debris off with a low pressure hose. You may need a longer handle to reach the centre.

Then do the ends and sides.

STAY AWAY FROM BLEACH as it actually feeds mildew. The low pressure hose is so as to not disturb the edges of any joints.

Replace the door seals etc. Make sure to check the gas joints and lines. Replace any hydraulic gear.

Runn a separate Anderson cable for the fridge. They used to use a circuit in the regular loom, which was very lossy.

    Happy vanning,

There's an old Beddy in Ballarat that was registered and being driven up until a few years ago. Come on over and we'll call in and make him an offer.
