Today I took a couple of the wheels off. They are 13" diameter rims. Now, I was thinking, the new axles will bring it up about 1-1/2". I need to get the draw bar higher. Perhaps I should go 14".
Looking on ebay now, How do I know what stud pattern it is?
    Well done. .

I would think they are early Holden pattern - you may need to measure the PCD. The same pattern is available in 14" rims - like on mine. They are HT rims. Can't remember how many models used the 14" rims - I'm sure someone will chime in with more info.
If you need to contact me please email homestarrunnerau@gmail.com - thanks - Gav.

13" will be holden pattern so HK-HG is the same pcd but in a 14" diameter, but if you are changing axle's you may as well go for a later more common pattern.

Problem is, it needs to be moved, soon. I don't have the time or budget to buy the new axles.
The old tyres are well past their use by date. Hell of a flat spot.

Now, I'm faced with a choice. Do I buy new tyres that are likely to be used for a few hundred yards or do I buy some 14" rims? I already have some 185/75R14 tyres to go on them.

Once moved, I can then get the new axles made up when funds and time permit.

Mick, I've got 3 x 14" rims and tyres you can borrow. I can soon jack my van up and bring those over plus the spare. Not sure about a 4th though. I also have 2 x 13's on the bike trailer that will fit.

How far do you have to tow it?

Thanks for the offer. I think I'll buy 4 sunraysia trailer rims at $45 each and put my tyres on them.
That should sort it for the move.

The big problem is where to put the 101 and car tandem that needs to be moved also.
