    puma

My daughters 09 def 90 has done 40k- has had vacumn pump renewed ,ABS & other electrical issues. We have made up a cover to protect the fuel cooler - mounted on LH chassis rail - & re routed the water hoses over top of engine mount. after these were ripped off.
Has just had clutch , flywheel & spigot replaced.
Has anyone had experience with duall mass flywheel failing ?
Has twin diff locks and sure performs well off road

There have been a couple of threads on this forum regarding corrosion. Some moron suggested that the vehicles were shipped over from the UK as deck cargo on submarines

No DM flywheel on the Puma. And AFAIK, there have been 3 versions of the clutch due to various issues - mine had a new one (latest) fitted in 2010.

Now I'm not sure if this is the right place but I'm thinking by PUMA you mean the ford 4 cylinder for 07 to current models? Dropped a cylinder that was caused by a broken cam follower that resulted in "a bit of minor damage to the top end" so Land Rover are replacing it under warrenty. Only in the early 40K range and done hardly any heavy work. Can anyone tell me how available these engines are, LR have had the vehicle for over two weeks and no ETA on replacement engine.
