Saw you in Carmilla a couple of weekends ago. I have a Keswick green with white roof 90. We were towing a box trailer with camping gear..... and yes we were going to carmilla beach to camp... was pretty good there but too crowded for my liking. have to go somewhere more hospitable next time

I normally get around Mackay though.

I've passed 4 Deefers in the last week and not one of them lifted a finger. Maybe they were loan cars of Rangie wannabees.

The cook and I were at Ocean Reef marina recently and parked up behind a green Td5 110.
After a few minutes I pulled out to pass him and crept past with window down....both of us waved and the look of sheer amazement on the old blokes face was pure gold.
It was just so funny we couldn't stop laughing as he obviously is not into acknowledging other daft Deafener drivers.
But he's not alone and the non wavers seem to be increasing.

There's an older woman around my way (likely in her 70's - I guess I need to be careful there as I haven't had that good a look at her and she might be younger) but she almost shakes her arm off waving, so good to see and yes it's an older white Defender with the cheesecutter tyres.

One of them might have been me (grey 90 with black roof). I have been working down your way the past few weeks, apologies if I didn't see you.
