I've looked at a lot of lights and there's not many that will fit 3 in the space I've got to work with.
This is the size of the area the lights have to fit in........

    Hi Murray,
Does the new dual carrier bar fit the back of a 130 with the standard tub and still allow the tailgate to fold down all the way or will it stick out too far?

    Regards,
    Scott

    G'day Scott,
Unfortunately the dual carrier, as with the single carrier, wont fit the 130 because of the overhang of the tub or tray. The single carrier I make for the 130 is a completely different design to the 110-90, so the same would have to be done with a 130 dual carrier.

    Cheers, Murray

    Hi Murray,
    Great work !!
If you haven't already thought about it, paranoid people like myself would want a locking device for the Jerries.

    Hi DeeJay,
There are extra holes at the top of the jerry holders through which you could use a cable and padlock. At this stage I haven't thought any further than that, but it wouldn't be too difficult to retrofit a hinged panel that goes right over the top of the fillers, preventing theft of either the jerry or the contents.

A similar idea to this, only over both cans.

    Cheers, Murray

Have you considered a double Jerry carrier like on the RSV Perentie 110? The cargo door can be opened without moving the jerry carrier.

My rear cross member (Perentie) is a bit like your addition with lights mounted lower.

    L322 tdv8 poverty pack - wow
Perentie 110 wagon ARN 49-107 (probably selling) turbo, p/steer, RFSV front axle/trutrack, HF, gullwing windows, double jerrys etc.

I haven't considered it, but anything is possible.

One thing I have considered with the swing out jerry arm is a table that hooks onto the back of it in the open position.

Well Murray , I want you to make a storage bin with lockable door to go at the bottom of the rear quarter panel .

Like these Terrafirma - Land Rover TF887

And a air vent for the pass side front panel to extract heat from under the bonnet ....my wish lists anyway

Between work and preparing for a trip things have been a bit crazy around here, but I managed to get the prototype rear bar finished.
We leave for Cape York this Friday, so the bar and carriers will get a good workout over the next four weeks........can't wait to hit the road.

    Cheers, Murray
